  • Within a number of Pay-as-you-go Wi-Fi zones. Please contact us for more information.
  • Electricity, gas and use of linen and towels are all included in the rental price.
  • Garaged parking for one car is provided free of charge.
  • The apartment is on the third floor. As there is no lift available, the apartment will be unsuitable for some guests.
  • Arrival is after 2pm and departure before 10am. Other times can be arranged, if requested. If you plan to arrive in Edinburgh early we are happy to accommodate your luggage and, if we can, provide you with a key.
  • A map with directions is provided for each rental.

Dates are not reserved for you until after you have confirmed that you want to make a booking, so please reply quickly after being informed of availability and price.

CONFIRMING A BOOKING

Please read our 'Conditions of Hire'- button to the left - before making a booking.

Confirm your intention to book by email in the first instance, or alternatively use the ONLINE BOOKING FACILITY. We will reserve any provisional booking for seven days until we receive confirmation from you in writing, a 'Conditions of Hire' signed by you and part or full payment from you. Payment should be made using one of the payment options listed below.

Your booking request should include the following:

a) Your address and home phone number.

b) Dates of arrival and departure.

c) The number of persons in your party.

d) The sum of £150* (if over 1 month prior to arrival date) to cover a part-payment of £75 and a refundable deposit of £75. Full payment of the outstanding balance due must be made one month prior to arrival. It is important to note that the refundable deposit of £75 will be held for U.K. residents until after your holiday. Thereafter the deposit will be refunded to you, normally by post, after any necessary deductions. For non-U.K. residents the refundable deposit of £75 will be returned normally on your day of departure, after any necessary deductions.

e) A signed 'Conditions of Hire'.

f) Full payment of the entire rental price must be made within one month of your arrival date.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

- UK cheque, made payable to: A. & M. O'Kane. If paying by cheque, please forward your booking request, a signed 'Conditions of Hire' and payment by U.K. cheque to: A.& M. O'Kane, Colzie House, Easter Balgedie, by Kinross, Scotland KY13 9HQ.

- Direct transfer to UK bank account - if paying by Direct Transfer, please request details from us. Thereafter, forward to us your booking request and a signed 'Conditions of Hire' to: A.& M. O'Kane, Colzie House, Easter Balgedie, by Kinross, Scotland KY13 9HQ.

- By visa, mastercard or American express via PAYPAL, a secure credit card payment system. Please click on the PayPal icon and enter your details or open up a Paypal Account. Thereafter, forward to us your booking request and a signed 'Conditions of Hire' to: A.& M. O'Kane, Colzie House, Easter Balgedie, by Kinross, Scotland KY13 9HQ.

INFORMATION ABOUT PAYPAL

If you do not have a PayPal account a new account will be created when you make payment. You can use PayPal for many on-line stores and even to accept credit card payments to your own PayPal account. PayPal will email you a receipt for your payment and we will subsequently email you to confirm your booking.

CONFIRMATION RESPONSE

As soon as possible we will send confirmation of your booking either by email or by post. In our confirmation and for your assistance we will quote a booking reference number.

Once you have made full payment, we will post out to you further details, including directions to the holiday property. Please note, however, that failure to pay the balance by the due date may be treated as a cancellation and the apartment may be re-let
